Every capture is automatically stamped and numbered, so you're not relying on memory later.
Local date, time and time zone (e.g. "24 Sep 2026 — 14:32:18 BST — UTC+01:00"), plus GPS coordinates with an accuracy figure. Low-accuracy readings are flagged clearly, and indoor locations can be confirmed by hand.
Tag each capture with project, building, floor, room or surface, plus the name of the person who took it.
Photos and videos are numbered per project (e.g. PHOTO 0047, VIDEO 0049), with a full history if a number is ever changed.
Arrows, circles, rectangles, freehand drawing, measurement lines, numbered markers, text, and ready-made labels — Defect, Completed, Inspection Required, Safety Issue, Before, After, Urgent and more.
Blur sensitive detail or add a signature to a photo, without ever altering the original file.
The original photo is never modified — an annotated copy is kept separately, and a SHA-256 integrity code is generated on-device for the original.
